All Motorola Drivers and NET Framework 2.0 installed on computer.
Download & Extract SuperOneClick v1.6.5.
Procedure to Root Motorola Atrix 4G:
Step One: Enable the device to USB debugging Mode by Go to Settings -> Application -> Development.
Step Two: Open SuperOneClick.exe from which the folder which you have extracted before named as SuperOneClickv1.6.5-ShortFuse.
Step Three: Unmount the SD Card from the phone and make a connection between phone and computer with the help of USB Cable.
Step Four: Now Click the Root button which is indicated in the below picture and wait for the process to end.
Step Five: After the completion of rooting process then press the button Allow Non Market Apps.
Step Six: Reboot the Motorola Atrix 4G.
