Comparison between HTC Evo 3D and Motorola Atrix: Both Motorola and HTC have been in the Smart phone gig for quite some time now. Both companies knows what it takes to manufacture a phone that would strongly appeal to its respective audience. The HTC Evo 3D’s dimensions measure in at 126 x 65 x 12.1 mm and the phone weighs an overall 170 grams. The Motorola Atrix however measures in at 117.8 x 63.5 x 11 mm and measures up at 135 grams.
In regards of display the Motorola Atrix has a TFT capacitive touch screen, with 16M colors and its resolution tops out at 540 x 960 pixels and its screen measures up at 4.0 inches. The HTC Evo 3D however has a 3D LCD capacitive touch screen, that works on 16M colors. The resolution of the HTC Evo 3D peaks at 540 x 960 and its screen measures up to 4.3 inches. The overall differences between the two displays are very significant. The HTC Evo 3D has a captivating 3D display with a .3 inch larger screen, thus it is victorious in this regard.
The HTC Evo 3D has a 5 MP camera, which works on 2560х1920 pixels, and is supported by dual-LED flash. The Motorola Atrix however has the same exact camera with a single LED flash. The HTC Evo 3D has a standard battery, Li-Ion 1730 mAh which allows for up to 7hrs and 45mins worth of talk time. The Motorola Atrix has a standard battery, Li-Po 1930 mAh which allows for up to 9hrs worth of talk time. Yet this is simply because the HTC Evo 3D has much more power consumption, with its 3D display and more powerful processor. All in all this aspect is a draw between the two phones do to integrating the battery in relevance to the hardware.
The HTC Evo 3D is the clear victor, with the more powerful software, more versatile display as well as the increased camera functionality. The Motorola Atrix does not fall back too much, yet still the HTC Evo 3D shows a much more promising performance in regards to the number output then the Motorola Atrix!
